The 34 units are divided into six buildings which sit on a 270 degree circle hugging a private sea wall. Every townhouse has a waterfront view and shareholders keep time with the tides. Throughout the year Poningo Neck is blessed with spectacular sunsets as the setting sun moves south from the harbor to the golf course to the boat basin and back again.
Our Water Views
A federally protected wildlife habitat that attracts egrets, herons, mute swans, cormorants, and an occasional osprey or eagle surrounds Poningo Neck's property.
The two north buildings overlook the City of Rye Boat Basin and the mouth of Blind Brook, a birder’s paradise.
West Building Views
The two buildings facing west boast an unspoiled view of the 8th hole of Rye Golf Club directly across the channel.
To the South
The two buildings look out to Milton Harbor and Long Island Sound to the bridges and lights of Queens and towers of New York.
